2. Peaceful Sleep Roller Bottle Recipe 

What you need

  • 8 drops roman chamomile
  • 24 drops lavender
  • 16 drops sandalwood

  • Fractionated coconut oil
  • 10 ml roll – on bottle

Method

  1. Remove the roller ball and add the essential oils, drop by drop.

What you need

  • 1 cup of Epsom salts
  • 1 cup of whole milk

Method

  1. Run hot bath water, throw in 1 cup of Epsom salts and let it disperse.
  2. When you’ve drawn your bath, mix the essential oils in the whole milk and pour it in.

What you need
