Vanilla Almond Milk, Vanilla Isa Pro, Cinnamon, Himalayan sea salt.


    • 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk or milk of choice
    • 2 scoop Vanilla IsaPro
    • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/8 tsp Himalayan sea salt


Pour milk in a small pot and warm over low heat. Stir to mix the fat and liquid.

Add the rest of the ingredients and stir. If adding honey and/or vanilla extract, stir those in as well.

Pour mixture into a blender, and blend for 2 minutes.

Pour into a glass bottle and shake. Allow to cool on the counter while shaking periodically, then store in the fridge in a glass container. Best if consumed within 1 week.


    • 1 tbsp Manuka honey
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
